Welcome to DocuTrack HR. By installing, accessing, or using the DocuTrack HR Google Sheets™ Add-on ("the Add-on", "the Software", "we", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.

1. Nature of the Service

DocuTrack HR is an administrative automation tool designed to operate within your Google Workspace™ environment. It reads data from your active Google Sheet™ and uses your connected Gmail™ account to send automated reminder emails based on the parameters and dates you configure.

2. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

As the user of this Add-on, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the email addresses, names, and expiry dates entered into your spreadsheet.
• Consent: You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent and legal right to process the information of the individuals listed in your spreadsheet and to send them automated emails.
• Compliance: You agree to use the Add-on in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including data protection regulations and anti-spam legislation.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is" Clause)

The Add-on is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Add-on will meet your specific requirements.
• The operation of the Add-on will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or strictly error-free.
• Google Workspace™ updates or API changes will not temporarily or permanently disrupt the Add-on's functionality.

4. Limitation of Liability

DocuTrack HR is designed to assist your administrative workflows, but it is not a replacement for human oversight. It remains your responsibility to independently verify critical dates, immigration statuses, and compliance deadlines.

In no event shall the developer of DocuTrack HR be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Missed visa, work permits, passport, other personal documents, or immigration reporting deadlines.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any consequences resulting from emails failing to send due to Google™ API limits, bounced addresses, or incorrect configuration.
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Add-on.

5. Intellectual Property

DocuTrack HR and its original code, design, and branding remain the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Add-on within your Google Workspace™ for its intended administrative purposes.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Add-on after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such modifications.
